SkiFast's ability allows the athlete to be able to change and vary their training program just as they would in a live cross country skiing environment. The patented ability to be able to either single or double pole is essential to replicate live cross country skiing. SkiFast has been designed from the ground up with mold breaking ski-specific engineering; in consultation with input from Norway’s premier nordic skiers. The air-resistance flywheel has been custom designed and engineered to ensure the variable resistance is exactly and precisely that which is experienced in the sport.
