What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders within the USA are shipped with FedEx. Orders within the UK are shipped with TNT.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping through our website. All orders are shipped with standard Ground service. If you have urgent needs, please contact us to arrange a quote for faster shipping.

How long after my order is placed will it ship?
Most orders will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holiday)

Can I track my order online?
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may track the progress of your order with the shipping carrier.


Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The customer must pay for return shipping. All items must be in new condition, disassembled and returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accept where equipment has been damaged by the customer. Defects or issues must be noted prior to return.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected to be in satisfactory condition.

How will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?
SkiFast will cover all costs to correct a mistake made on our part. If the wrong item is shipped, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. Please do not send an item back without this label. If parts are missing or damaged, we will ship replacement parts as necessary.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We offer a full 1 year bumper to bumper warranty on our products. This warranty covers manufacturers defects. It does not cover damage incurred by abuse or misuse of the product.
